Well I’ve made it to the second update and still have lots of enthusiasm so I’m hoping that’s a good sign for the future. With only so much hobby time in the week a lot of it this week has gone on the site, with not a lot to see from the outside. But I have been busy with the back end. There are still a lot of things to sort out but I’m slowly getting there. I’ve also spent a bit of time taking pictures of miniatures so that once I get things working I will have some content to add.
On the hobby front I have managed to finish off the Infinity Haqqislam I was working on. That gives me eleven models and my plan is to add a few more to bring things up to the three hundred point mark. I also have a few special edition models that I will digging out adding to the connection.
For this week I will be focusing on Batman with Victor Zsasz and some Arkham Lunatics. I’ve made a start on them and plan is that they will be done with very pail skin, to reflect the fact that they have been locked up for year. Basing wise I am going to stick with the same style I used on the Penguin crew to keep everything looking the same.
As well as Batman I also have a teaser for Guild Ball with this model from the Butcher’s Guild. I’ve had this for some time now but had no idea how I was going to paint it. With the Kickstart due to deliver at the end of this month there is some art appearing now that shows some colours for the different Guilds. So I’m taking the plunge and having a go at this. With a bit of look it will set the stall for all the other.
I’m also going to do some more work on the site itself to try and iron out some of the many bugs to get things working a bit more smoothly. I have no idea how long that will take but I think I will get there eventually, but I’m not going to let it get in the way of the hobby work. I’ve got some more Infinity and Batman lined up already and I’m also waiting for Guild Ball to land so there’s lots to look forward to.
